Description: This service is for urgent technical support and "site-down" emergencies during the Random's Webs Christmas closure (19th Dec 25 – 8th Jan 26).

  1. Service Fee: £40 (Fixed holiday rate)
  2. Coverage: Critical errors, server issues, or security breaches.
  3. Response: We will aim to respond to emergency tickets as quickly as possible.

Please note: Standard non-emergency support and general maintenance requests will be processed when we return to normal operations on 8th Jan 26.
