We understand that life can be unpredictable—traffic, emergencies, and unexpected obligations can arise. However, last-minute changes, tardiness, and no-shows impact not only our operations but also other clients who may have been waiting for an appointment. For this reason, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to the following policy.
At Random’s Webs, we do our best to accommodate every client’s schedule. However, to respect the time of our staff and other clients, punctuality is essential.
If You Are Running Late
-If you anticipate being late for your appointment, we request that you contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.
-Depending on how late you arrive, we will make every effort to provide you with the service you booked. However, please be aware that:
-If you arrive 10–15 minutes late, we will try to proceed with your appointment, but the service time may be reduced to ensure that the next scheduled appointment is not affected. Despite the shortened service, you will still be required to pay the full price of the booked service.
-If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or in some cases, it may be considered a same-day cancellation. This will result in a late arrival fee of 25% of the total service cost.
Why Timeliness Matters
-Our services are scheduled in a way that allows each client to receive the full, undivided attention they deserve. Late arrivals disrupt our workflow and can cause inconvenience for both our staff and other customers who have appointments after you.
-To ensure that every client enjoys a stress-free and seamless experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5–10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.
Appointments at Random’s Webs are reserved especially for you. When a client cancels at the last minute or fails to show up, it not only affects our business but also takes away an opportunity for another client who may have wanted that appointment slot. For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
-If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
-Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
If the cancellation occurs within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment, the full amount of the service may be charged.
No-Show Policy
-A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for their appointment without providing any notice.
-No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
-Clients who no-show twice may be required to prepay for future appointments in full before booking.
Same-Day Rescheduling
-If you need to reschedule your appointment on the same day as the original booking, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost may apply.
-We will do our best to find a new appointment slot for you, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Late Cancellations Due to Emergencies
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, extreme weather conditions, or family crises, can arise. In such cases, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. While our standard cancellation fees apply, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees at our discretion.

1. Cancellation Notice:

2. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.
This fee compensates our team for the time that was set aside specifically for you.
3. No-shows:
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.
3.5 Repeat No-shows:
Repeat no-shows may result in having to prepay for future services or lead to an inability to book future appointments.
4. Exceptions:
We recognize emergencies and special circumstances can occur. Exceptions to our policy are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Randoms Webs management.
5. Booking Deposit:
For certain high-value services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. We apply this deposit to your service total or refund it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
6. Refunds:
Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable except in the case of Randoms Webs initiated cancellations (or qualifying exceptions as determined by management).
